Ram Gopal Varma is always perfect when it comes to casting. Likewise, he brought some actors who look like real-life people, on whom he planned this satire. There is nothing great to mention about how people performed. We can see look-alikes of Pawan Kalyan, Chiranjeevi, Bandla Ganesh. Kathi Mahesh and RGV too acted in the film that lasts for 37 minutes.

Verdict:
Powerstar is not worth the hype. At the same time, it does not have anything overboard to make fun of Pawan Kalyan. Whatever RGV showcased brings laughs here and there. It is a plain boring short film with five scenes. The hurriedness in the making is very much evident in the short film. Basically, Ram Gopal Varma tried to give his advice to Pawan Kalyan through the short film like how he usually does it using Twitter.
